Under no circumstances will the liability of Vanachar of the Company shall be more than the respective amount donated on the site for animal welfare by that specific individual. Vanachar shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential losses whatsoever.
Vanachar is merely a facilitator and collector of donation for the benefit of the end activity conducted by various zoological parks and animal research centers in India involved in not profit activities.
Since the ultimate utilization of funds is the responsibility of the zoological parks and research centres in India, Donar expressly waive all their claims against Vanachar arising from the use of the funds collected through this website.
All customers agree to indemnify Vanachar.com for any loss suffered by Vanachar, the company or its management or employees or authorized representatives, whether monetary or to its goodwill, due to the acts and omission of the customer by using the products provided hereunder.
Customer expressly agrees to the Vanachar.com’s privacy policy and other policies listed on this site from time to time.
Governing Law You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
